About Your Party

Party Cost:

$500 for a party of 10 children or less and $30 per additional child.

$75 Travel Fee for parties booked outside of Los Angeles

Deposit:

Half of the total cost of the party is due at the time of booking. The balance is due in full the day of the party. Payments may be paid via cash or Venmo.

What’s Included

Professional instructors will entertain your guests for 2 hours.  Party girls dress up in themed costumes, apply glitter eye makeup, decorate an art project, play games, learn cheers and dances, perform, pose for a photo shoot and have a blast!!

All party favors are included. Each child takes home pom poms, megaphone and a Cheer Mania backpack.

For Frozen theme, the pom-poms and megaphone are replaced by tiaras and snowflake wands. Games include pin the carrot nose on Olaf and make your own marshmallow Olaf… fun for both boys and girls! For Shimmer & Shine they are replaced by beaded bracelets, jeweled headpieces and genie bottles !

$200  Rental – Cheer Mania Step & Repeat Backdrop + Pink Carpet Runway creates a fabulous Hollywood entrance or a special photo backdrop. (complete with customizable chalkboard photo props).

$300 Rental – 2 Makeup Vanities, light up mirrors and pink ghost chairs

$200 Rental – Customized Megaphone Balloon Mosaic (customized to theme and age of b-day girl)

$500 Rental – Barbie Package (Barbie Box + Barbie Backdrop + Pink Carpet Runway)

$1,000 – VIP Cheer Party Package – Let us decorate your space for you. Sit back, relax and allow our team to create the perfect look to match your theme.  In addition to our custom Cheer Mania Step & Repeat Banner, pink carpet runway and photo props… we will also provide linens and decorate two 6 foot tables for the crafts, along with our two makeup vanities, mirrors and ghost chairs, matching decorations, customized Happy Birthday pennant banner, and more.

$10 – Customized Coloring Books (spiral bound with Birthday Girl’s name + age. Price is per guest)

    Payment Details:

     

    Party cost: $500 for up to 10 kids ($30 per each additional child)

    Price includes Cheer Mania Instructor, PA System with music, Glitter eye makeup, Temporary Tattoos, Dress up outfits, cheer/dance games, cheer instruction, performance, and photo shoot. Each child takes home pom poms and a megaphone they decorated as party favors in a Cheer Mania backpack.

    Deposit: If you would like to pay via credit card, we'll email you the online link. Please note, there is a $15 service charge for online transactions. If you prefer to pay via check, the deposit is $250 made payable to “Cheer Mania".

    The balance of your event payment will be due in cash or check the day of the party.

     

    Terms and Conditions:

     

    1) Upon receipt of your signed contract and $250 deposit, Cheer Mania reserves the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable if not cancelled in writing 30 days prior to party date. If Cheer Mania is unable for any reason to perform the services agreed upon, we will refund your deposit.

    2) There will be a $100 charge per costume that is not returned to Cheer Mania. All costumes and cheer outfits are the sole property of Cheer Mania and are used for dress up purposes only at parties. Please make sure your guests are aware of this. Any lost, stolen, misplaced costumes will incur a $100 fee per this contract.

    3) (PLEASE READ!) Release of Liability: In signing below, I agree that CHEER MANIA! , as well as Michelle Boehle, is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of childrens’ personal belongings while they attend the party. I understand that the dances and cheers learned while participating in CHEER MANIA! Parties may be physically strenuous and the children voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree, as the party contact, that neither I, nor any other parent or child, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against CHEER MANIA! Or Michelle Boehle, or its members, for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

     

    Release of Liability

     

    Furthermore, any photos taken during the party remain the sole property of Cheer Mania and by signing below, the client agrees to allow them to be used for the Cheer Mania website, in print and on the internet for advertising purposes.

    Both client and Cheer Mania agree upon all of the above contained in this contract as indicated by the acceptance check box below.
